Each time you use or access this site or its information you signify your assent to these terms and conditions. Please don't contact BlackMovieReviews.com regarding movie events, including contests, tickets, screenings, pre-screenings, DVD sales or rental, video tape rental or sales, merchandising, and/or actor or actresses. We are not responsible for results of any movie event or venue. We monitor your IP address and various website statistics such as number of visitors, organizations, referral links, countries of origin, pages frequently visited, and other stats. The statistics contain no personal information. We don't sell mailing lists or any data obtained as a result of a user registering to use the site or for any promotional contests. Your IP address is revealed if we are required to do so, (i.e. fraud investigation, or court subpoena.) BlackMovieReviews.com is a free-use website for the public and in return a high level of good conduct is expected. By using the site you agree not to post any offensive content such as 1) postings with vulgar language or images, 2) personal attacks on other posters/ site participants or actors/actresses and business entities, defamatory, threatening, abusive, malicious, hateful, racist, nudity, derogatory, pornographic(basically anything negative) 3) nothing harmful to minors who may find their way to the site, 4) impersonating or misrepresenting other people or organizations, 5) false or misleading advertising of events, 6) advertising or posting illegal services, 7)any illegal activity, 8) no ticket selling, 9) no misleading email addresses, 10) No sending unsolicited email ads to BlackMovieReview's email addresses and other user addresses found on this website, 11) no signatures with addresses, email addresses, telephone numbers, or website addresses allowed, 12) no advertising. We reserve full right to delete or edit your reviews or comments if needed…that's all for now. But, have no doubt, this list will surely grow. We will not respond to e-mail inquiries regarding movie information. Your email inquiries will be deleted. This is a self-service site and we just don't have the time to process too much mail. But if you do have a valid website complaint or comment please feel completely free and unhindered to let us know about it. You agree that you will not post copy written material.
